Primary 6 Week 13 LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL!

18th Jun 2020

Hi Primary 6,

Can you believe this is our last week of home learning before the summer holidays? You have all worked so hard since being at home and I am missing you all so much. This week in school we would have been doing lots of fun activities to finish our year together and I am so disappointed that I won't get to share this time with you. I have created some fun activities that I would love for you to complete and send to me on Seesaw. Remember, I am creating our final class video to share with you before the end of this week so please keep sending me your lovely photographs and videos so that I can include these.

I have loved every minute of teaching you all this year and I wish we could have had a full year together. You are all incredible children and I cant wait to see you again when school begins. Some of my favourite memories of this year with you have been;

  • Our 'Button It!' business
  • Trip to the Titanic centre
  • Daily Mile
  • Hearing all about your talents, interests and family in our 'Class Museum'
  • Cinema trip
  • Assembly on Friendship
  • Shared Education Titanic performance
  • Teaching you all ceili dances
  • Grandparent's Day assembly with 'Grandma's Feather Bed'
  • Our Saint Patrick's Day assembly with 'Derek Ryan's medley' that we didn't get the chance to perform for your parents
  • Tie-dying t-shirts and our 'Style' catwalk

What are your favourite memories of Primary 6? Let me know on Seesaw by taking a video, or a photograph holding a message...

I hope you have a wonderful summer, stay safe and I can't wait to see you all again soon!

Miss Doherty
